When trying to maintain your large lawn, buying a mower which has a larger capacity is your first point of call. It doing this, while also avoiding a grass capturing device – which can be very time costly when you have a big lawn – is probably your best option. Thankfully, there are options out there which meet this criteria, and manage to do more as well. One such model effectively mulches the grass as it goes along, which means that you keep all of the nutrients within the grass, instead of regularly extracting it. While buying a high performance model like this is necessary for maintaining a large lawn, you should expect to pay a significant sum of money. This is understandable when you consider how you are essentially paying for a pwerful engine, as well as a lot of other mechanisms, which all add costs. These models vary from between £700 to £3000, with the more expensive being able to do far more. Beyond this, you get into ones which are ablt to maintain park lawns, or large estates, with acres upon acres of lawn to deal with. In these instances, the price of a will be in excess of £10000, but this shouldn’t be necessary for a garden, even a large one.
